Turkish passport holders are eligible to apply for US residency through the E2 Investment Visa under bilateral treaties between the United States and Turkey.
E2 investment requirements are significantly more favorable than the EB-5 green card visa which requires a minimum investment amount of USD 900,000 into a risk-based project. E2 visa has no prescribed minimum investment amount. It does not grant permanent residency however it is a convenient long-term option to reside and work in the US with a five-year renewal period.
